Leather, asphalt, tar, anise....menthol, and black tea. Still some firm tannins giving structure to loads of dark inky black fruit. Drinking perfectly right now. Absolutely the reason you put wine in your cellar for 13 years.

Interesting for a bit but becoming disjointed. Probably past prime. About half of blind tasters found it interesting but perhaps not thoroughly enjoyable.
