The wine looks yellow gold colored. There is no sediment in the bottle. It tastes like cantaloupe, melon and asparagus. The body is light. The wine has round texture. The wine finishes medium. The wine has medium acidity. Nice light wine with a gentle fruit note and good earth essence.

This is almost exactly what you would expect considering the composition of 55% Viognier and 45% Sauvignon Blance, from the Languedoc. The Viognier brings some body, and oily richness, while the Sav Blanc contributes it's characteristic grassy, citrus fruit and acidity. They work pretty well together. Golden color. Slightly floral, a little syrupy on the nose. More nectarine and tangerine flavors from the blend than either would have individually. Light, soft, but still expressive. The acid from the Sauvignon really supplements the richness of the Viognier. Smooth finish.
