- Garnet color and aromas of oak, cherry and cedar and has flavours of cedar, mushroom, almond, asparagus and kerosene - Inky dark ruby, light nose of red cherries. Dry, tart tannins, light fruit with some bitter, medium acid, lighter tannins, medium body. I seemed to like this better with more fruit, and will see what more air does.

Dark ruby, cassis, oaky nose. Dry, tart nutty fruit. Bold body, vegetable, chewy tart tannins. Starting to come around after a half hour in the glass. Acid balances the bold fruit, cherry, blackberry with a tannin chaser. Getting good. This is getting darn good with another day. Perfect balance, smooth mouthfeel, light acid, fruit and tannins.

Stewed green peppers, not good at all, my last couple of wines from this winery have been poor at best. Too bad because this was one of my favorites in the past.

(OS Winery R3 Columbia Valley) A very funky nose with peppercorn, rich cherry, and spices. Smooth on the palate but falls a bit short on the last third and on the finish. Still, a lot of wine for the money. 45% Cabernet Sauvignon, 35% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Franc. 14.6% alcohol. 654 cases produced.

Cabernet fruit, tobacco, baking spice and black olive. Strong tannins that hint at being woody.

Solid, lovely... classic for Washington? Fruit is there, no VA, integrated/fine tannins, nice body.... 3 - 6 more years, yummo
