  Enjoyed on Christmas morning w/family brunch. Another perfectly balanced and zesty Cremant from Schramsberg-! Nice flavors of pear, peach and lemony citrus. Soft in the mouth after almost 7 yrs in the bottle. As always, it remains a family favorite!

  85% Flora (a Sémillon and Gewürztraminer hybrid), 15% Chardonnay. Medium yellow color with medium sized bubbles. Citrus and sweet dough aromas. Medium-bodied palate: sweet apricot flavors dominate the palate with some vanilla in the background. Nice soft mouthfeel and restrained sweetness. Long finish.
