pop and pour. light ruby color with a fair amount of orange bricking. nose is predominantly savory with some alcohol, dusty rock, smoke, chewing tobacco, and cooked cherry. palate is light and fresh. good acidity. cherry syrup and red plum flavor. loads of dusty tannin dry out the back. good grip but so fine. medium length finish. a tasty and elegant wine drinking at peak today.

pale ruby with a good bit of bricking. nose dusty with funky earth, menthol, dried tobacco, pepper, cherry, and dehydrated plum. elegant mouthfeel, light bodied with medium to high acidity. slightly cooked red plum and cherry flavors and massive dollop of rocky mineral that coats the tongue. army of fine tannin on the back end leads to a long, dry finish. ready now. 1000 notes whut! whut!
