Brilliant & clear, very beautiful ruby red color, fringe of the disc present slightly trace of ageing. Very pleasant, fine and complex nose : red berries & black fruit (blackcurrant...), note of vegetal "noble" (blackcurrant bud, thorn of pine...), neatness & aromatic freshness, coffee, licorice... In mouth, beautiful balance, a lot of fineness & elegance, like the nose. Typical red Graves wine. The best expression for my last bottle of 2002. I like it very much.

Nice colour, good nose, red fruit. tasted a bit thin, not very full. But all in all a good balanced wine.

Académie des Cinquante Graves/Pessac-Léognan Tasting (Restaurant Allemansgeest, Voorschoten, the Netherlands): Toasty oak, sweet blackberry fruit, speciously attractive, a bit rough, seems disjointed.
