  Wine kept turning without settling throughout drinking, acidity felt off balance, fruit was there but overtaken by the acidity which started to mellow at 45 after opening, I would agree to give it a good decant.

  Farbe: mittel rubinrot mit leicht orangem Rand
  Geruch: mittel bis ausgeprägt, Trockenfrüchte, insb. Rosine, deftig-fleischig
  Geschmack: mittlere Säure, mittleres Tannin, mittlerer Körper, reife schwarze Früchte, rauchig, fleischig, mittlerer Abgang
  Gesamt: sehr gut
  Am ersten Tag etwas stechend und alkoholisch, am zweiten runder mit intensiveren fleischigen Aromen in der Nase

  I found some last 07 in an online store! :) So I again had the pleasure to have this one. Still very good, I will keep the remaining ones to get back to them over the next 2-3 years. Please refer to my prior notes for details.
