I must be missing something. I really didn't like this wine. It tastes like Apple Cider to me. Bottle was stored properly and there is no reason to think wine was damaged in any way. I won't be buying this again!

(Charles Smith Wines Kung Fu Girl Riesling Washington State) An aromatic wine full of ripe yellow apples, the underside of an unripe pineapple, lime zest, quinine, and mineral notes. Palate comes off as just off-dry and tear-drop shaped with a textured feel and a zing of acidity. 100% Riesling. Fermented and aged in stainless steel. 12.5% alcohol. 1.58% Residual Sugar. Recommended

Lemon and lime zest on limestone on the nose and a palate of more of the same paired with cantalope melon and a spritzig feel. Served chilled.

Dry, citrus, riesling. Not too sweet.
