Dinner at Salt, Pepper, Nutmeg: Sweet cherry perfume with florals, earth and plums. Really good on the palate, it is savoury and developing but has brightness and fine acidity. Not super complex but really really enjoyable.

No notes, but remember it took an hour to open up and sing with dinner. Beautiful chambolle wine at the village level.
