  Nsg rastes like VR. Complex, fully resolved tannins. Beautiful.

  Beautiful wine - tasted more like a VR than a NSG. Maybe could use 1-2 more years to better integrate tannins but great now

  At The Glades. Tasted blind.
  Appearance is clear, pale intensity, ruby colour with slight garnet rim. Developing.
  On the palate, dry, medium+ acidity, medium alcohol (13%), medium tannins, medium body. Medium+ flavour intensity, with flavours of spice-box, earth, sandalwood, strawberry, sweet red plum, red cherry, sweet tea leaves. Long finish.
  Very good quality. My guess was actually a Vosne-Romanee 1er Cru.
  The theory does make some sense as La Richemone is just south of the NSG commune's border with Vosne-Romanee.
  Showed more age than expected for a 2008 1er Cru Burg. Could be provenance? Nontheless, enjoyable and elegant, with a nice spicy feel to it.
