Incredibly youthful no rust or orange; still has primary characteristics, though beginning to show tertiary characteristics. Delicate bouquet. incredibly, only $115 out of half bottle at Nepenthe in Big Sur, which had an incredible wine list. Dusty fruit on the palate showing plenty of power; very long finish. 5-12-17-8: 92/100

(Perrot-Minot Christophe Nuits St.Georges La Richemone) Concentrated aromatics with dark and dense fruit - really impresses. Really concentrated yet balanced with super acidity. A wine that continues to impress despite its price.

beast. Masculine. Might come around in a decade or more. Menthol, charcoal, black fruit, dense. No fun to drink today.

A big pinot, impressive, somewhat dark fruit. With time, it is not that complex
