Beautiful, deep gold color, lemon, quince, melon peel and some flint on the nose. Light-Medium body, medium acidity, dry. Impressive longevity for an entry level Alsace.

From 375ml. Soapy, melony nose. Round and fleshy on the mouthfeel, very little acid. Went ok with a scallop and shrimp over lettuce and goat cheese salad at Legal Seafood in the Boston airport.

This bottle is still drinking well. Good balance. Rich golden color. Your patience is rewarded in this base level Gewurtz.

Outstanding. My first-ever bottle and it exploded in my mouth. Complex, bright layers of fruit. Great w/ seafood. A delight.

Had with a sweet Japanese marinade that went very well. Still drinking well although not as fruity.
