  This wine is ready to go. No kick from alcohol and fully integrated tannin. Savory.

  Its been a long time since I have ran across a blue and black wine, but here we are...Very dense, reminding me of a big Napa Cab like Maybach..Yet the nose speaks a bit of French, like a modern late harvest St. Emilion in the likes of Tetre Rotebeouf. Its definitely well crafted and very Merlot dominated with smoky raspberries and cured meat scents. You would expect lots of sweetness from the body and nose, but its quite dry for the style and packed with substantial mid throttle power. Its soft, yet still powerful with a very persistent finish and lots of exit tug...First 2/3 of bottle was best, making me think, this is at peak for the style. Will drink other 2 bottles over 2 years...Drink

  In a very good zone right now. I would give it another 2 years of the window. Smooth and a bit sweet with dark fruits present.

  Brought this wine to a steakhouse in NYC. Was the wine of the night.
  
  What an incredible wine! So many interesting aromas, lots of bright red raspberries, forest floor, cigar box. When we popped the cork the whole restaurant knew something special was opened buy how expressive this wine is.
  
  On the palate this is full bodied, expressive, incredibly complex with layers upon layers of complexity. Drank over 1 hour and it continued to evolve. It was firing on all cylinders. So rich, so luscious, and a great long finish.
  
  This wine is in a perfect place right now, great balance of age and still youthful. Easily one of the best wines I have in my cellar.

  Yum, delicious - love this particular edition, probably because of the elegant juicy Merlot. Was much better than the Buccella Estate Cab. Glad I have another in my cellar !
