Distinctive Viognier, combining smooth granite river stone minerality with grip and structure on a fruit base of slightly unripe stone fruits and melon. The nose crushes the $20 competition. Likely repurchase. Have yet to be disappointed in an Ojai, which seems to hit a double every time at bat.

Crisp lime aromas without the usual floral notes. Bright acidity with spicy grapefruit flavors, very unlike typical Viogniers. More like a Sauvignon Blanc.

Quite nice. Not particularly floral, but nicely full.

bright straw in color. melon, nectarine, mint, stone on the nose. grapefruit, spice on the palate. structured acidity alive in the finish.

Ojai and Burgundies - Not a Bad Saturday (Weygandt Wines - Washington, D.C.): very light color in the glass. looks almost like sauvignon blanc. the nose is really floral with some lemons. the palate is richer, showing apricot and honey. medium+ acid on the finish keeps this lively and fresh.
