Past its prime, the wine still had a certain earthiness on the finish which helped bolster its otherwise lackluster flavor profile. The nose was indiscernible, the fruit was hard to find but there, not much backbone and no tannins. It is probably drinkable in mags. Sad because it was a nice wine in its time!

Shame is had to dump 1/4 of the bottle due to stupidity...deep red, maybe a ruby in color...Beautiful flowered nose and a silky beautiful balanced mouthfeel with great balance and charm

Very good. Not your typical Californian cabernet. Blind, I'd bet Bordeaux, for sure. Mature, good savory notes, not fruit dominated. At peak.

NICE UNDERLYING FRUIT, BUT STILL TANNIC. NEEDS SEVERAL MORE TEARS. BLACKCURRENTS, LICORICE, BLACKBERRY. MEDIUM TO LONG FINISH.
