  • Purchased and consumed on the same day. On the slightly golden side of white wine hues. Indeterminate aromas make this a mystery wine--a bit of herbal on the nose (tarragon?), but restrained--not effusively tropical or fruity or anything else. Certainly doesn't taste like typical California Chardonnay, which is probably a blessing, but I'm not sure that it offers any sense of place at all. If I were guessing I think I might say 'Italian.' I'm absolutely no worse off for having drunk this but I wouldn't put it in the 'rebuy' category.

  • A darker yellow/golden/rose -ish color. The nose was of fruit punch. Smooth and easy to drink. Enjoyable. Memorable?? Not sure, but would be happy if I had a few bottles laying around. Everyone loved it.

  • A blend of 50% Chardonnay, 25% Rousanne, and 25% Picpoul (!) Crisp, light, elegant, great floral/white fruit aromatics. Pleasant white fruit notes on the palate and a light, clean finish.
