  Purple/garnet colour. Full and complex nose, dominated by earthy tertiary notes. On palate, a classic aged Burgundy, leading with tertiary notes; earthiness and forest floor. Fruits are receding but hints of red fruit esp raspberry or sour cherries.
  
  Surprisingly sprightly youthfulness despite the age, thanks to quite a mouth watering acidity, perhaps coming from the fruits. Nice long finish.
  
  While not a super-complex Burgundy, this is very nicely balanced and structured given the age and is smooth to drink. Elegant, light and not very tannic. Certainly feels as if there is life in this yet to come, if happy with a tertiary-dominated Pinot Noir. Good value too.

  醒酒半小时，淡石榴红酒体，闻香是樱桃和覆盆子一类果香，矿物质气息，淡淡皮革和肉味，入口酸度很高，酒液很咸，矿物质感强烈，单宁紧致，颗粒已经非常细腻，薄纱一样，酒的结构不大，盐渍话梅的口感，后段回甘明显，红樱桃香气，一些淡淡的橡木桶烘烤气息，香气非常持续，贯穿始终，微甜的尾韵，清新红果和淡淡的木质气息口中萦绕，细腻而又朴实的风格。醒酒一个多小时后，随着酒温的上升，能感受到些许陈年氧化痕迹，快30年的陈年时间能保持如此新鲜十分不易，建议醒酒半小时就开始饮用，体会最纯净的口感。

  Medium til dyp granatrød. Modne, røde kirsebær, masse roseblader, våt løv og skogbunn og fuktig tobakk. Pen, floral og elegant Volnay 1er Cru med deilige modningsaroma. Fortsatt god friskhet og fine integrete tanniner.

  Pretty good, quite mature bourgogne. Nose is full of ripe red berries, some leather, wet leaves. On the palate a bit less interresting, good acidity but tired fruit, medium length, ok but not great. Drink up!
