Agree with RobSpectator's comments. Less pungent and puckery/citrusy than a typical SB. Also, a little on the sweet side. That said, it opens up wonderfully in the mouth with floral, mid-dry notes.

Not what you might expect from a Sauvignon Blanc. Very light straw color with light petrol characteristic of the Sauvignon Blanc varietal but dominated with aromatic floral and tropical notes. Some hints of cut grass do come arise although a clear definition of the Casablanca terrior emerges. Light pleasant approach on the palate with a fine balance of acid and fruit. Pineapple, kiwi with hints of lavender. Slight bitter lemon peel on the finish with elements of light white pepper. A perfect pairing with an asian stir fry.
