  Dense. Black cherry, plum and game. Firm tannins. Great with pasta
  and hard cheeses.

  Dark ruby red center with lighter edges...aromas of black fruit and spice. Balanced, smooth, medium tannins and chewy fruit and leather on the palate. Very nice place.

  nose: very very fruity nose with tons of red fruits, raspberry, cranberry, strawberry. A bit of dusty oak, white pepper, nutmeg, and cola. Taste: Medium body, with tons of strong spices like cumin, all spices, and black pepper. Very strong pepper, medium body, dry. with much dark coffee grounds (bitter). Sour tannin. Get black fruits like tart blueberry and grape skin. Finish is hollow with mostly black tea. Almost feels like chewing on leather with dry tobacco leaves. Amazing lasting power.
