Wine Spectator School: Super Tuscans (Plymouth, MN): Tasted blind by 8 people. From a list of 5 potential varietals, only 1 person correctly identified this as chardonnay. This is a very easy drinking wine, flat and without much flavor, and it just doesn't taste like chardonnay! Decent plonk for the masses, but for those with any wine knowledge stay away!

Light, flabby & utterly nasty. Picked up aromas of apple, pear & paste. Likewise flavors w/some tropical fruits & very light mineral thrown in. Off-dry & short on finish.

Terrible and a candiate for top five worst wines of the year. Light and some floral notes. Watered down and the only positive is it is under $5.
