Surprisingly enjoyable...first bottle was hot, disjointed and a car crash like many 2003s...this has gained balance, alcohol is integrated, a bit of secondary flavors...surprise wine of the past few weeks

Medium deep ruby on color. Lots of garrigue, anise, raspberries, and dark cherries. It sounds silly, but this smells of Provence. Medium weight with more raspberry/cherry notesalong with sage, lavender, more garrigue, and fresh cracked pepper. . A touch of unripe pips (I assume) gives this a hint of astrignecy and greeness. Really pleasureable and a screaming value. At peak. Drink up 87 pts

Bright med ruby, intoxicating aromas of fruit & spices, herbs, camphor, nutmeg, raspberry, strawberry, b3, a4, t4, med body w/tangy fruit & rustic tannic finish, takes on nice citrusy floral scents w/air, a bit sharp else terrific wine

This is at or near its apogee. After 30 minutes in the glass, it just sings. It should drink well for several more years.
