  N: Cherries, dusty earth; Some raspberries, a bit of alch? On the muted side of the spectrum.
  
  P: Med body; ELEGANT palate which is better on the mid & VERY long finish than it is on entry. Nonetheless, I'd drink this ASAP.

  From one of my favorite Sonoma County producers, was really glad to see this on the discount shelf of one of our favorite retailers. Still quite vibrant, but also benefiting from some extended bottle age. Deep rich purple color. Mature nose of roses combined with black cherry, blueberry, alcohol, minerals and oak. Silky smooth, if not terribly concentrated black cherry and flinty minerals across the palate. A good hit of oak. Mature acid and tannins. Medium plus bodied. Nice, rich, creamy finish with mature blackberry and black cherry fruit with a touch of graphite.
