  The 2nd of my premium 03 hunters. My thoughts when I was touring the region in 07 and tasted many 03 wines, was this was a cracking vintage.
  Deep purple plum and red fruit starting to unravel to mulberry and pomegranate, fresh tobacco, clove and red cedar, smoked almonds. Incredible mid palate of savory toffee apple, and singular fine firm tannins on the finish.
  Over 3 hours the nose continued its berry and spice complexity and it could be debated, hunter leather, but its so secondary
