WSET Advanced Cert3 - course wines (Fine Wine Partners, Sydney): {cork, A$18} Deep garnet. Youthful aromas of liquorice & plum. A palate of black cherries & prumes, with a slightly vegetal note; a real dry savouriness to the flavours. Tannic, not especially intense, nor oaky, of medium weight, but with a short finish. Simple claret.

Dark berries and spicy french oak on the nose. Deep color, concentrated, medium to full body. Good grip and balance, a typical left bank Bordeaux. Drink 2006-2011.
