  This '08 Leroy RSV is the closest to perfection wine I would call. Extreme amount of depth and complexity while extremely pleasing to the palate. Everything just put together matriculously. Best bottle of the evening and simply best wine I have tasted in the past 3 years!

  Tasted together with Orange Tsian. An easy 98 but kinda falling behind compared to 15 AR Chambertin.

  半个小时，醒酒器中的酒液释放出妖艳而又飘渺的玫瑰和红果，似乎远处隔着薄雾，玫瑰园四下无人，暗自开放，我见犹怜。栗子蓉中出现点点檀木粉和沉香，还有一点点松墨，收尾一阵冰风。喝起来继续慢慢延展，深度、广度、厚度具足，构架出自己的立体空间，单宁包着整个舌面，很厚但是很滑，乃丰腴的绕指柔。红果虽然类型不复杂，但是其维度和层次复多，有刚刚采撷而下的、有成熟丰润的、有果浆，花香亦然，各种各样的红色，从花苞到即将凋谢的，似乎是梦中花园，“脉脉眼中波，盈盈花盛处”，用温柔优雅攻占了每一寸表面。后段粉胡椒、檀香，收尾有一点麝香和甘草，远远闻还有点高级皮革。回味超长，带有山楂、甘草和干玫瑰花苞的味道。
  
  接近一个小时时，醒酒器中的，香气中的玫瑰更为复调，盛放的、凋零的、被风吹起来的、玫瑰露、精油等等。还有娇艳欲滴的樱桃、树莓、新鲜切好的草莓块、带露珠的覆盆子、蔷薇果、草莓慕斯，天朗气清，要摒住气感受，仿佛它还有些清冷，在静静看着你。后段一点檀香，清凉如一丝冰川来风，这时候是清水芙蓉吗？口中感觉更加饱满柔顺，玫瑰在舌面上不断盛开，红樱桃，树莓，不断变化，清丽冷彻得来，偶然回眸娇笑，勾人魂魄。后段有一些麝香、雪松、些许干净的清晨林地。一个半小时后，瓶中的酒液，香气细节很多，更为动态。喝起来多么美好，令人屏气无言。妩媚、清冷、淡淡的物哀、纤细柔软而感性。
  
  两个半小时，瓶中的酒液，则表现为清冷的玫瑰花，多出一丝柑橘和陈皮味，有点天外飞仙的意思，是曹植《洛神赋》中的“翩若惊鸿，婉若游龙”吗？我未可知。口中的单宁多又极度细腻，花果不似那般无边无际，但是不断冲击着你感性的阈值，收尾还有草莓汁的迸溅感。而醒酒器中的则奶味更重，艳丽又清雅，后段还带一点芝麻香。收尾似饮泉沁心。
  三个小时，瓶中的酒液，显得深邃而集中，后段香得清丽，令人不舍，别时容易见时难。99/100

  The wine of the night for mine was a stunning bottle of 2008 Domaine Leroy Romanee St.Vivant Grand Cru. It had complex aromatics of sandalwood, Chinese five spice powder, Hoisin, ginger, cranberry and cherry. It was so silky in the mouth with great clarity. It really built through the palate, filling the mouth with sensual flavours and driving on strong through the finish.
