Black, tending to dark red at the rim - intense nose of blackcurrants when first opened, which does tone down after a couple of hours to also reveal herbs and oak. Full and intense on the palate, but also clean and precise, quite acidic, this wine (whilst being nice now) would I think benefit from a bit of bottle age.

GT Wine Top Tasting WA Cabernets (Sydney): Nose: Blackcurrant, cream, spice, cedar Mouth: Medium plus tannin and acid, medium minus flavour intensity that shows blackcurrant and spice. Okay
