Weekend of food and wine; 4/13/2017-4/16/2017 (Las Vegas): Showing really well. This was decanted at the start of dinner and continued to open in the glass. Nice spice and floral notes, a little dried rose petal and very nice acidity. Better with food.

Orlando Wine Dinner (Cafe Italiano): Healthy ruby with some bricking. Sweet cherry, musty but tight nose. A monster. Super high acid, medium+ tannin, full body, good fruit but still tight. This is too young, the acid is just ripping. This is after 6 hours in decanter, hold!
