Gooseberry nose with liquorice, almond cookie and marzipan. Ligth, dry and lively green fruit palate with fine creamy smooth moussé. Elegant autolysis. Refreshing and precise. Very nice. 2003 vintage.

Rather rich nose of various fruit, mushrooms and toast. Delightfully dry and lightbodied citrusy palate with some richer melony nuances, chalky notes and creamy moussé complemented by elegant toast. A very nice and balanced PM. From 2002 vintage.

Russell's Pebbles Fizz Offline (Alex's DML Office): Similar chalkiness. Struck match character too. Finishes ok initially but then pulls up short. Again curious. ***?
