Oyster shell salinity on the nose, some faint minerality, and other delicate yet complex notes. Dry palate (which according to Parker has some residual sugar?) and creamy texture, with lime, citrus, lemongrass, oyster shell, chalk, and hay. Medium to high acidity right now -- this needed at least 45 minutes to breathe and tame down a bit. Medium to long finish. Great with soft shell crab, and lettuce and tomato salad. 13.5% ABV. Drink 2012-2015?

Clear and lite in the glass. Lime, wet stone and sunflower on the nose. Lite body and simple with lime and oxidative minerals on the palate. Short finish. I don't think it was a bad bottle and the shop assured me that it had not been open for too long.

Visits to Cristom, St. Innocent, Johan, Argyle, Dobbes, Chehalem: Very nice and crisp aromas of apples. Quite pretty, though. The palate is pretty fruit forward in nature, again with the apples, some funky pumpkin, and squash. Spicy acids carry into the finish, which is clean and crisp. A pleasing effort.

Very light straw in the glass. Nose of honeysuckle and citrus. Vibrant apple and pear note with a crisp clean finish.

Willamette Valley - Tasted at winery: Crisp, medium acidity, tart citrus, medium flavors. A decent bottling, nothing outstanding
