  • This seems to have held up a bit better than the Napa of the same year which was tried earlier. Quite oaky. Some pleasant residule fruit. Waiting longer will only bring further deterioration.

  • Continues lovely interesting to caompare to Auberts Ritchie vineyard. This wine is a deeper Gold color and more clear. A little overblown in comparison. Lots of fresh fruit, and mineral. Alttle heavy on the oak and significant ETOH on the palate.

  • Flashy Napa Chardonnay, upfront fruit with a bit of exotica, tropical fruit but minerally midpalate and finish that dropped off precipitiously

  • Deepn golden color with scents of citrus (primarily lemon and orange) and toast. Full-bodied, yet nothing is overpowering. Very well-balanced acidity and minerality with just the right amount of toasty oak on the nose and mouth. Additionally, picking up some apple, pineapple, and possibly pear on the palate. This is a well-made chardonnay that is drinking very well right now, yet can continue to age (with possible slight improvement) for atleast three more years.
