Light golden yellow. Upon opening the nose is pretty dumb, giving just a hint of yeast. After a few hours and on the second day it opens up somewhat and gives a fine mix of yeast and vanilla from the oak. The palate is a bit flat: after some sweet fruit it leaves you searching for flavour and texture, even though it doesn't lack acidity (which comes with a flavour reminding me of green olives).
