What a Chenin Blanc! Golden straw, mouth- filling body, lemon, peach and tart apple. Fruit forward like a a good Riesling gives impression of sweetness but this Vouvray is off-dry. Lovely, luscious surprise.

Venue: Mom and Dad’s; General Notes: Whoa, a domaine within a domaine, that’s like the fourth dimension of wine. This Vouvray is very pretty clear golden straw with a bowl full of broad floral notes and citrus zest. Medium body, present acid, fruit forward, off dry. Honey, buttery peach cobbler filling, and, finally, green apple for miles. More Buckaroo Banzai than The Arrival. ; Wine Notes: | Eco Style | Conventional ;

Bold fruit at the front (pear!; tropical fruit) with a nice floral (hibiscus) bouquet. Some very mild autolytic character (is this lees aged?) tat showed with notes of ginger bread for me.
Mildly sweet over a light to medium body.
While on the quality scale it doesn't rank hire, I really enjoyed this wine. I'd like to see a little more alcohol balance (more heat) to round out the balance more, but overall this will become a standard in my cellar and on my table.

(Domaine Pichot Vouvray Domaine Le Peu de la Moriette) Light yellow color; very tart pear nose; odd, tart pear, pear syrup, mineral palate; medium finish 88+ points

Good wine but a little sweet. I am more of a red drinker so this is not a good review, but I actually enjoy drinking this
