Tasted blind. Clear, day bright, medium straw, with low tears. The nose is clean, medium in intensity, with simple, youthful apple aromas., followed by grass, white flowers, wax, honey, wet wool, wet chalk and some other funkiness. The palate is off-dry, with medium body, with ripe citrus, apple and quince and fig flavors. There is no sign of oak. The alcohol is medium, the acidity is medium (+) and balances the residual sugar nicely. The finish and complexity are medium (+). This should continue to age nicely for several years.

Lovely. Great with the creamy seafood gratin. Obviously sweet but delicious.

White peach and pear tones, some minerality to keep things balanced. Maria enjoyed - went well with asian spiced sea bass

Rather big bodied Vouvray with less sweetness than expected. Very satisfying and worth getting again.

Straw yellow color. Citrus and floral nose. Apples, lime and mineral flavors. Balanced, dry, creamy with nice acidity. Good value.
