Community Tasting Notes (1) Avg Score: 76 points

  • Red, hint of purple. A low intensity nose of black pepper, milk, plum, wood fire, garrigue. Low tannin, slightly high acid. An initial sensation of bitterness gives way to simple syrah fruit and secondary flavors: leather, black pepper. Acidic finish. A usable wine for spicy sausage pizza, not much more. Bottle #1 of one. "NON FILTRE"
