  • Golden yellow color, nose initially showed lemon zest and hint of petrol, with time showed some white flowers. Palate showed marzipan, honey, and lemon. Almost creamy texture. Initially hot, but as it warmed, balance seemed better. Had good acidity to keep the sweetness always in check, never cloying, and was a good match for the raclette we ate. Might improve over 3 years.
