  - Nase: konzentrierte Power, reife Früchte, intensiv und ein wenig opulent. Man riecht Veilchen, florale Noten und Anklänge von Sonnenblumen.
  - Mund: Dazu kommen stahlige Noten die dem Wein Klarheit verschaffen. Gute Länge unf leicht buttrige, cremige Anzeichen.
  - Es fehlt etwas die Präzision und Finesse, zu hoher Alkohol.

  12,5% d’alcool
  Œil : très forte visco en parois, passablement coloré malgré sa jeunesse
  Nez : projection d’intensité moyenne, pommes fraîches, pommes cuites, fleurs blanches, minéral, écorce de sapin, il y a un côté épicé difficile à saisir / décrire mais qui est super beau, quelques herbes aromatiques rappelant la menthe et l’estragon, salin, nez somptueux...
  Bouche : gras à visceux, presque crémeux, sensation sec, amertume moyenne, acidité rafraîchissante+, persistance longue, belle prise minérale, salivant, rétro tout en équilibre
  Conclusion : excellent riesling de gastronomie; fut un excellent compagnon avec le veau picatta
