Reflective yellow-gold with a hint of green. Lemon-lime on the nose. Notes of lemon juice, lime zest, and a touch of honey at the end-palate and through the finish. Noticeable minerality and acids that match it well.

Light golden sheen. Cotton candy on the nose. Notes of Lime juice on the front palate followed by a confectionary cake and frosting vibe, which is light but noticeable.

Light yellow. Nose is generous, complex and expressive, with rich minerality and notes of honey, acacia, citrus, litchi, peaches, apricots, apples and a touch of orange marmelade. Mouthfeel is dry, focused, full bodied, mineral, with generous fruit, fresh acidity and notes of apricots, peaches, litchi, apples, honey and just a little hint of orange marmelade. Long aftertaste!
A truly beautiful Alsace riesling, of course very young now, but with great potential.
