I was expecting a bit more zip and liveliness to be honest. I remember this wine having magic when it first came out. I only have three more. In it for the long hall. Had it with a soft, brie like cheese. would do it the same again. Or a washed rind. It sort of acted like the honey you might have with such a cheese

Millesime Bio Fair - Day 2 (Montpellier, France): Complex aromas of honeycomb, apricot, nectarine and chalk. Juicy and rich on the palate with nervy acid. Flavors of honey-glazed pears, caramel, pineapple and lychee. Not too rich because of an underlying sense of chalk and minerals. Long and complex with a long life ahead.
