Light garnet with some bricking, red fruit nose. Dry, lightly tart fruit, moderate fruit and light tannins. Starts poorly on the PnP, a bit brownish hue and not attractive fruit, give it an hour or so and the change is remarkable. The color reddens, the fruit comes out and the acids balance the tannins which have the slightest stemmy bitter. Give it some air and you will be rewarded.

Nice medium-light red. Good food wine. Herbal nose, fresh fruit with some weight from light tannin, acidity on finish. Sort of like an Italian beaujolais.

A fun little wine to have in one's arsenal: a light bodied red wine, highly aromatic with rose petals and white flowers, cherry and sweet red currant fruit. Not much tannic structure to speak of, but this can be a great wine with the right application.

Brachetto made as a dry still wine. Extremely aromatic, violets, roses and primary grapey fruit. Along the lines of a Lacrima di Morro d'Alba or Touriga on the nose. Quite dry, fresh and linear on the palate with the floral qualities carrying over. Served a bit chilled along the lines of a rose and it worked well since the tannins are very light. It is not a deep or complex wine on its own, but it paired especially well with truffle cheese. One to drink ASAP with food, though balanced on its own.
