Double decanted for two hours, served at room temperature. Color: Medium red with Brown hue. Nose: Sour Cherry, Caramel, Autumn Leaves, Asian Spice. Palate: see nose. Finish: Medium. Tannins: Medium. Alcohol: 13.5 % showing a little. Medium bodied juicy mouthfeel with initial red fruit. Mid-palate includes asian spice transitioning into a caramelly and forest floor type of finish. A classic BdM profile with great acidity focusing a bit more than usual towards spiciness. Alcohol warms just a little in the finish. Ready to drink and should be able to hold on at this level for a good while too. 92-93 points.
