  Deep golden color. Clear all the way through. Great nose showing peach, pineapple and honey. Medium bodied on the palate. The blend with Sylvaner adds some acidic austerity to the sweetness which makes this on one hand a wonderfully balanced dessert wine, but on the other, this would be delicious to pair with cheese or even some spicy dishes. The mid palate has a honeyed key lime component which is simply delicious and some peach and apricot manifest on the back of the palate. This should age effortlessly for a number of years. Long, delicious finish.
