Pierre Morey vertical 1989-2017 (Singapore/Zoom): Tasted blind. Light gold. Thought it had a bit of cork but that blew off. This was lighter bodied than the others, I guessed 1990 vintage. The wine was in very good shape for its age, not overly oxidative for a 30 year old white. Just some lovely bruised apples, complex with quince, dried fruit, fennel. Lovely but personally l like Chard to be younger than this.

Meursault les Perrières Dinner, Top Producers (The Bristol - Chicago IL): In 89/99/00/02 vertical. Rich and concentrated stone fruit with nuanced apple, toasted hazelnut and savory spice hints. Very rich while also well balanced with a mineral-driven finish. Kept unfolding and changing in glass, without deteriorating at all for 2 hours. Best bottle I've had of this wine in a decade. Alas, my last bottle.

Awesome butter aromas with sweet peachy fruit. Rich oily showing pretty flavors of nice ripe apples and pears, nice lift and balance with wonderful intensity of flavors. In great shape and punches above its weight. Lovely stuff.

Light hazelnut, Leflaive-like sesame, citrus and touch of toast. Very elegant and regal on the palate with that exquisite balance. This is gold.

Zachys La Paulee Auction, Day Two (Smith & Wollensky - New York NY): Substantially more mature than the last time I had this wine a few years back. Ripe stone fruit character, but more earth than fruit on nose and palate today.
