Pierre Morey vertical 1989-2017 (Singapore/Zoom): Tasted blind. Light gold. A bit simpler, a little more oxidative than the others. Showed as old as the 1989 side by side. Lots of bruised red apples, quince and dried fruit. Chrysantenum tea. Good length but not so much my style.

Medium yellow. Not premoxed. Ripe nectarine fruit and some honey. Good weight and texture in the mouth. There is a touch of residual heat and oak on this that's unresolved and probably never will. Acidity is still there and there is a nice custard finish.

Really wild nose of guava, lime and sweet yellow corn. Steely and stinging and a bit disjointed at first with harsh acids and somewhat oxidized flavors. But this is one aged white Burg that got better in the glass and came together showing a very robust and complex finish with note of caramel and buttered popcorn. A wine to contemplate.

(Pierre Morey Meursault 1er Cru Les Perrières) Medium golden yellow color; a little oxidation and butterscotch on nose; a little oxidized, tart citrus, with oats and minerals, a little disjointed; medium-plus finish
(Pierre Morey Meursalt 1er Cru "Perrieres") Nice but seemed a touch more advanced than it should have been. Baking spices and nuts on the nose and a palate of finesse and richness but seemed almost at peak. Not the most structured wine but a delight to drink. Drink up.

Meursault les Perrières Dinner, Top Producers (The Bristol - Chicago IL): In 89/99/00/02 vertical. An odd wine. Certainly not past its peak, but there was an unpleasant note I thought Volatile Acidity, giving a whiff of nail polish remover. Never really got past that over several hours.

Showing some oxidation with butterscotch aromas and butter. Lean dry and lots of butterscotch. Mature and good, but awkward.
