Community Tasting Notes (1)

  • Popped and poured. Pale straw. Subtle aromas of honeysuckle, sliced apple, wet stones, and herbaceous notes show on the nose. Medium-light body. On the palate, the fruit is obscured by alcohol. A bitter aftertaste conceals what might otherwise be an appealing impression of minerals. Somewhat better with food, the moderate-plus acidity works well in that context. Moderate close. Not the best QPR at $15+ per.
