Brought this wine to Grand Shanghai for dinner last night with my in-laws and their in-laws.
Straw gold in colour showing the age of the wine nicely. Nicely balanced with a rich minerals and stone fruits (apricot, peach) coupled with the signature kerosene nose.
The acidity and freshness is holding up very well, giving remarkable longevity to this wine while secondary notes are developing. The finish gave off a sweet, Japanese white jelly type taste and peaches on the nose. Remarkable!
