  Opened two hours before dinner. Then drunk over dinner with friends.
  This is evolving very nicely: clearly mature, very complex nose with almost a sense of sweetness together with more herbal notes. Very smooth and almost rich palate, mineral, but with a refreshing finish.

  Lime and herbs on the nose which starts to show some maturity. Powerful acidity balances the body and alcohol which gives the wine substance. In a very good place right now, but no hurry.
