  • Lots of stinky old cherries and leather on the nose. The palate shows old strawberries along with the cherries and leather again. The palate is very soft and refined initially but turns sharply acidic heading into the finish. The acidity clips the finish slightly. Still a very tasty wine but the entire group agreed it is a bit tired.
