  • I opened this with Val and her friend Carrie after a delicious dinner at Ripple in DC. I brought this back from the Mosel last year and it hit the spot. Wonderful aromatics of white flowers, lime and potpourri... the aromas are so fresh and complex that I could smell it forever. But it's so delicious that it doesn't last too long. The palate shows a shot of minerals and acid to start, followed by key lime, white flowers, and white peach. The sweetness is balanced by the acid and minerals. Delicious, straight up delicious. The purity and focus of this riesling is astounding.
