  • Color: a gorgeous honey, apricot, with thick legs.
Aromas of apricot, oil, lychee candy. Fragrant and powerful. With time the aromas really opened up and showed lilies and white clover.
Palate: gobs of apricot, honey. A sprite-like rush of lime comes in and provides some acid. The minerals tingle all the way through, along with clover honey. This is rich, but not at all overwhelming. There’s a light and zingy feel to this wine which keeps it fresh. Of course there’s sweetness, but the minerals and citrus flavors complement the sweetness.
