For village standard, this wine is well make. Tasted it blind and thought its was a younger vintage 1er Cru. Pronounced nose intensity with notes of red and black fruits, toast, spices, earth. Medium acidity and medium tannin.

Scott BBQ salmon--Wow, a thick chocolate milkshake! Oozing with deep dark fruit, espresso and chocolate notes. But not sickeningly overripe or laced with chemical notes you so often get in New World monsters.
